If you are currently enrolled as a Clinica patient, you can make or cancel your own appointments. It’s easy! All you need is a Clinica medical care provider and a phone number listed in our system so we can send you a confirmation code. Find an appointment date and time that is right for you without spending a minute on hold!
You CANNOT make your own appointment for a procedure, an INS visit, to see a specialist (OB/Gyn or behavioral health therapist) or for a dental appointment.
You can self-schedule an appointment at any of our clinics up to one hour before an in-person visit and up to 20 minutes before a telehealth visit. If you have any difficulties, please call us at 303-650-4460 or click on the “Request An Appointment” button, and we will call you with 48 hours.

Clinica Family Health offers high quality full-service primary care for patients of all ages, women’s care, prenatal care, pediatric care, care for seniors, mental health services, nutrition services and a full-service pharmacy. We also offer enrolled patients with preventive and restorative dental care.
Clinica Family Health is a federally qualified health center. We proudly partner with the federal Health Resources and Services Administration, which provides us annually $8,400,000 or approximately 14% of Clinica’s operating budget.
